Kick Start Program

The Kick Start Program is a 30-day program that will help you identify where you are and create a plan for moving forward on your wellness journey. 

  • Initial Health and Lifestyle evaluation
  • Two 50-minute appointments which will include discussion of your progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes.
  • A variety of handouts.

Six-Month Individual Coaching Program

The individual program is a personalized program that will radically improve your health and happiness.  The program includes:

  • Initial Health and Lifestyle evaluation
  • Twelve  Sessions (Two 50 minute sessions per month)
  • Free registration to group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Handouts and other materials
  • A monthly newsletter
  • Private Facebook Group.

Six-Month Group Coaching Program

The group program creates a community of support and facilitates connections.  The group size is 4 to 6 participants.  The group program includes:

  • Initial Health and Lifestyle evaluation (for each participant)
  • Two 90-min monthly group sessions
  • Discounted registration to group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics
  • Handouts and other materials
  • A monthly newsletter
  • Private Facebook Group

Workshop / Seminars
